While the onboarding training covered the basics and the software tools seemed fine initially, I found the response times from support to be less than ideal. It took a couple of calls and lengthy waits before I could get clear answers or help with some bugs in the dialer software and database syncing. The training material was decent, but without timely help when I ran into problems, the overall experience suffered. I had to keep following up by phone, which was frustrating because I expected a bit more proactive or faster assistance especially with urgent issues that impacted workflow. The updates happened automatically but sometimes introduced glitches that seemed not to be fully addressed until quite a bit later. I suppose the software does do the job once everything is set, but the process to get there felt slower and more cumbersome than I hoped. The team did eventually help, but I think the onboarding could benefit from quicker, more responsive support for new users. It was a bit too much effort for something that’s supposed to streamline remote work.
