Getting started was smoother than I thought, but not instant
So, if I had to explain how quickly I got going with the WFHI software to a friend, I’d say it was relatively fast though not instant. The sign-up and payment processes were straightforward and well organized, which helped me avoid any unnecessary delays. Once I had access, I tried the calling tools and dialer – they worked smoothly after I figured out the initial setup steps. The onboarding flow was mostly clear but required some attention, especially around how to use the database efficiently and understand automatic updates. I did call their support a couple of times and generally found them helpful, though there were moments when wait times felt a bit long. Overall, getting everything functional took a couple of days rather than hours but felt worth it in the long run. If you’re okay with a short learning curve and some setup time, you should find it quite manageable. I’d say the process is well worth doing again, mainly because the software itself runs quite reliably once set up, and the training is detailed enough to get you there.
