Getting started was slow but overall not bad
The communication about how to begin was a bit scattered, making the initial days feel longer than I hoped. At one memorable point, I waited a significant time before I could get a call back to clarify some questions about the dialer setup. Other than that, once I got going, the instruction videos and documentation helped fill in the gaps, especially about managing the database and tracking workflows. The automatic updates came quietly in the background, and I didn’t notice many interruptions or issues in day-to-day use. Support was reachable by phone but felt stretched at times, contributing to the slow start. Still, once I was past that, using the calling tools and following the training modules started to click better. So while the whole experience had a slow launch, it was not without redeeming features and steady progress afterwards.
