Getting started was quicker than I expected, but still a bit much
I thought the onboarding and training would last way longer than it actually did, which was a bit of a relief because I’ve seen other setups drag on. The training sessions were compact and did cover what was necessary to get the hang of their calling tools and the database. That said, I was surprised at how much time I still ended up spending fiddling with the dialer settings to customize them with my workflow. It wasn’t very intuitive at first, so I wasn’t fully ready just after the training was over. This whole process probably took me longer than it should have, partly because I’m not the most tech-savvy, but the materials are detailed enough if you’re willing to invest the time. Would I do it again? Maybe, but I’d push to have more hands-on help the second round if that’s possible because the initial learning curve caught me off guard.
