The sign-up experience was straightforward, with clear invoicing and an easy payment process that eliminated any hassle. The onboarding flow included training sessions that adequately explained most aspects I needed to know before starting. While some features required a bit of time to master, overall the setup didn't feel overwhelming and I was able to start using the calling tools and database efficiently within a short period of time. Automatic updates arrived regularly and did not disrupt my workflow. When I needed assistance, telephonic support was available and informative. All in all, the effort required to get going was reasonable, especially compared to similar platforms I’ve tried before, and I felt supported throughout the process.
