Getting started was decent but dialer setup did slow me down
Thinking aloud here, the initial onboarding process was decent enough to get me going with the basics of the remote workflow software. I managed to get through sign-up and the initial payment step without much trouble, which felt like a positive start. However, when I moved on to setting up the calling tools and the dialer, I realized I needed a bit more time than I expected. The instructions for linking the dialer with the database weren't as clear to me on the first pass, which made me go back and rewatch some training videos a couple of times. That took longer than I wished, and I found myself unsure about whether I had completed the setup correctly for some days. On the plus side, the automatic updates did help by steadily improving the interface, and when I reached out to telephonic support, they were patient in clarifying my questions. So, the software itself is solid, but the dialer setup is where my early progress paused—definitely something I would approach differently next time with more patience or support.
