Getting started was a mixed bag due to confusing initial training sections
I found the time it took to get going with WFHI somewhat mixed. The training materials were extensive, which was helpful for a broad overview. However, the initial sections lacked clarity on how to begin actual hands-on use, which slowed me down. On the positive side, once I got past that stage, the dialer functions and database management felt more intuitive, making subsequent progress smoother. One thing that went well was the interactive nature of the onboarding process, allowing me to clarify doubts as I proceeded. Yet, irregularities in update notifications caused some confusion about when to expect changes. Overall, the total time to reach a comfortable workflow was reasonable but could have been shorter if the training was streamlined. So, the onboarding was a bit of a rollercoaster—parts were good, but the start was bumpy.
