Getting started was a bigger effort than I imagined
The onboarding and training experience was more drawn out than I expected. I recall the moment when I had to complete setup for the dialer and database integration. It took a couple of hours just to get them working together smoothly, partly because instructions seemed a little vague. After that, the automatic updates started kicking in and that added new quirks to handle. The telephonic support was polite but often I felt I was waiting too long to speak to someone, which slowed down my progress. The training sessions covered basics well but didn’t prepare me instantly for every feature or troubleshooting step, so there was a good amount of trial and error involved. Signing up was straightforward, but fully getting the software to a state where I felt confident using it day to day was time-consuming. I wouldn't say the tools themselves were bad, just that it demanded a steady effort to get going, especially when combining calling features with the database. On the whole, it took me longer than I anticipated to be comfortable enough to really use the system without hesitation.
