Getting started took some steady patience and focus
From the initial sign-up to actually getting the software set up, the process took more time and effort than I had anticipated. There were several steps involved with configuring the database and making sure the calling tools worked smoothly, so I had to allocate some dedicated hours over a few days. The training was thorough but paced gently enough that I could absorb the information without feeling overwhelmed, which was important given my already busy schedule. I didn’t experience any delays from their side, but I found myself needing to revisit certain tutorials a couple of times to fully grasp the workflows. Setting up automatic updates was a particularly slow step, requiring repeated attempts to ensure everything was syncing properly. Despite this, I appreciated that signing up and invoicing were handled professionally without any unnecessary hassle. When all was said and done, I felt satisfied with the effort I put in and the clarity throughout the process. It was definitely a steady journey that asked for focus, but I was glad to commit to it in order to learn the system well.
