Getting started took quite a bit longer than expected
I anticipated the onboarding would be relatively quick, but it took more effort and time than I thought to get fully comfortable with the software and tools. From the sign-up process to understanding the invoicing and payment, things were clear but somewhat slow to finalize because I had to repeatedly review the details. Then the onboarding flow, though comprehensive, required careful attention since I was managing everything without direct in-person assistance. The training helped but was packed with information that needed follow-up practice. Using the dialer and database features involved a learning curve expanding beyond the initial sessions. Also, the automatic updates sometimes shifted navigation menus unexpectedly, which disrupted my workflow initially. Telephonic support was helpful but was not always available exactly when I needed it, so I often had to wait or try resolving issues independently. Despite these challenges, the system itself was solid once set up, but the overall effort to get going was definitely higher than I had expected. I might advise newcomers to build in extra time if they want to avoid frustration during early days with this software.
