The main moment that sticks out was when I finally got past the sign-up and invoicing part, which felt drawn out and a bit clunky. That block delayed me because the payment confirmation seemed slow to register. Before and after that, the rest of the process was a bit of a blur — there were steps in the onboarding and training that I eventually figured out but only after struggling through some unclear prompts. The dialer setup was functional but not instantly intuitive, so I spent more time than planned adjusting settings without any clear guidance. I will say, the telephonic support was okay once I got through, but it wasn’t enough to compensate for those early setbacks. Starting fully remote workflows with their software took a while, and I felt it required a lot of patience on my part to get going.
