Getting started took longer than I thought it would
I have to say that getting started with WFHI’s software and training was more difficult than I originally expected. I thought the onboarding would be faster since the onboarding flow said it was supposed to be easy, but I found myself stuck on some sections for longer periods. Particularly when setting up the calling tools and dialer, I wasn’t sure if I was configuring things correctly because the instructions seemed incomplete. I waited for telephonic support a few times, but the wait was quite long and I’m not sure if I got all the answers I needed each time. It felt like I had to figure out quite a bit on my own before I could actually begin using the system fully. The database feature wasn’t as intuitive as I thought either and required more trial-and-error, which slowed me down. Payment and invoicing were easier to manage thankfully, but that was only a small part of the whole picture. The software did update automatically, which was nice, but it didn’t help with my initial struggles. Overall, I’d say the setup process didn’t feel as smooth as I hoped, and I’m a bit unsure if I’d recommend this to a friend who wants a quick start. It might work for someone with more patience or prior experience, but for me, the pace and communication during onboarding were frustrating.
