Getting started took longer than expected, especially with the calling tools
I had assumed that setting up the WFHI software would be fairly quick, but it definitely took a bit more time to get everything up and running smoothly than I had expected. The training itself was thorough, which helped, but the dialer feature required some extra trial and error to understand fully. I needed to spend quite a few sessions working through the calling tools and the database management before I felt comfortable. The onboarding was well-constructed in theory, but in practice, it meant I was slower to get going than I had hoped. However, once fully operational, the system performed reliably day to day, and the automatic updates didn't disrupt my workflow as much as I'd feared. The telephonic support was helpful when I reached out, though I noticed that sometimes the wait times could stretch a bit longer than ideal. The payment and invoicing process was straightforward, with clear details and no unexpected hurdles. I think the extra time invested right at the start paid off because it led to a steadier experience as I used the software more.
