Getting started took longer than expected but dialer feature stood out
Honestly, I’ve been through a bunch of these remote workflow platforms and the whole sales-and-prepurchase bit usually drags on forever. This time too, it took longer than I wanted to get going; signing up and sorting invoices did feel like a drawn-out process. What stuck with me though was the dialer tool — it actually worked smoothly after initial hiccups. I tried a few days of calling using their system, and it was reliable enough that I didn't have to switch to another app midweek, which was a relief given past experiences. Automatic updates didn’t surprise me much but they didn’t cause any hassle, which is a plus. I’m still a bit tired of repeating the introductory stuff to support every time I call, but the software itself feels mature. So while the setup feels like it costs time, the consistent dialer performance is what stood out for me here.
