When I first signed up, I was eager to get going quickly but it wasn’t until a couple of days in that I really felt like the software was coming together for me. The onboarding training started promptly, but it was that moment when I fully understood how the calling tools linked to the database and automated updates that things clicked. Before that, the instructions were a bit scattered and I found myself guessing how the dialer integrated with the workflows. The sign-up and payment process was straightforward enough, clearing that hurdle quickly. Because of this, I’d tell a friend that the platform is solid, but expect a little puzzling at first until you hit that turning point where everything connects and you feel confident using it. Being patient with the early steps pays off since after that, the support and auto updates keep the experience smooth. It’s good stuff, just needs a day or two to really settle in.
