When I first signed up, it took me a while to really get the hang of everything. The onboarding process wasn’t particularly rushed, which I actually appreciated, but the software did demand a bit of persistence and patience during setup. The amount of information provided at launch was helpful, yet I had to spend quite some time figuring out how the calling tools synced with my existing workflows. It wasn’t instantly intuitive to me how the database feature integrated with the dialer, so I spent a few days adjusting and learning how to navigate that smoothly. Support was reachable, though I didn’t want to bother them with every question, so I tried to troubleshoot on my own first. Overall, the initial effort I put in was more than I expected, but it paid off in how reliable the automatic updates kept my tools current after that. I think the gradual communication helped me absorb each step without feeling overwhelmed. So, while the wait to fully get going was longer than I first hoped, I found the time invested worthwhile as I grew more confident in managing remote workflows using the system.
