Getting started required patience but software itself is decent
When I first signed up and tried accessing the software, it wasn’t an instant process. It took a few days for the system to properly set me up, which I didn’t fully expect. Navigating the dashboard initially was a bit confusing because all the features, like the dialer and database, felt overwhelming. The onboarding training did help a bit, but I felt like some parts were rushed while others dragged on unnecessarily. Once I got used to it, the calling tools worked fairly well and the database feature integrated okay with my workflow, though not perfectly. Automatic updates happened smoothly without causing any real issues. One small reservation I had was that telephonic support was slower than I’d hoped, which made clearing some doubts difficult early on. Billing and payment processes were clear and user-friendly, with no surprises there. Overall, the effort to get everything running was moderate, and while not flawless, the software itself met most of what I expected. I think if they improve the initial getting-started speed and support responsiveness, then it will be easier for new users to fully enjoy the platform.
