Getting started felt slower than expected but steady
Reflecting on the whole beginning phase, it really felt like there was a bit of a slow start before things settled in. Setting up the account and going through the initial training took longer than I initially thought it would. Although the onboarding flow itself was comprehensive, it took a couple of days to truly get comfortable with the calling tools and database features working consistently. The telephonic support was reachable, but I often had to wait to get clear answers which contributed to the delay in getting fully up to speed. Once I managed to push through the initial pace, automatic updates and more established workflows began to feel much more natural. In the longer term, I think this measured ramp-up helped avoid mistakes and confusion later. Still, if I were to advise someone, I’d say don’t expect to be instantly productive on day one—it’s a process. So overall it was a steady experience, just slower than I initially expected but that’s probably a good thing in hindsight.
