getting started felt like learning on the fly
I started using the platform with basic expectations since I do prefer software that walks you through everything. The initial training modules were helpful and gave me confidence to handle the calling features, but as I progressed, I noticed that there was still a decent amount of trial and error involved. The onboarding process was clear in setting up accounts and payments, yet some parts, like customizing the database or setting preferences for the dialer, weren’t very well explained. I found it helpful having access to support by phone, which I used a couple of times and that definitely smoothed over unclear parts. Updates happen automatically and didn’t disrupt my routine, which is a relief. What struck me most was that although things got better as I grew accustomed to the system, it felt like I had to work out a good chunk independently. I’m still figuring out how to optimize workflows fully, so while the overall experience is positive, there’s definitely room for more guided help in the future.
