getting set up was a bit of a mix, took some effort
So I signed up and tried to get things rolling with the software and training. Honestly, the initial setup was kind of a one-time thing where you get all the basics sorted like entering your info and accessing the database, that part went smoothly. The onboarding training had some parts that required repeating till I got used to the dialer and the calling tools, but after that I felt I was good to keep going on my own. Where things got tricky was with ongoing stuff like updates and the telephonic support. Sometimes the updates seemed to change the interface, and I had to relearn a bit which was frustrating. The support line was helpful but you needed to explain your problem more than once sometimes. Invoicing and payments were clear enough but you do need to keep track of renewal dates yourself. So overall I’d say it’s a decent balance between one-off setup and ongoing maintenance, but it does ask for regular attention to keep workflows smooth and I think it’s not completely set-and-forget. Definitely going to keep an eye on those updates moving forward.
