Getting set up took longer than expected but wasn’t complicated
The whole process from first interest in the product to actually getting started was fairly drawn out but straightforward. First, the initial sign-up was quick and I got my login credentials within a day or so, which allowed me to access the dashboard and the basic features. From there on, I progressed through the onboarding tutorials that explained the remote workflow software and the calling tools. During this phase, it took me about three working days to become comfortable with the database management feature and the dialer interface. By the end of the first week, I was able to run basic calling sequences without any external help. One point to note is that automatic update notifications were somewhat vague, so I had to learn through trial and error when new features or changes arrived. Overall, the effort to get everything up and running was moderate with no major hurdles, but I would have preferred a slightly faster introduction to the main components.
