Getting going took more effort than I hoped
Training and onboarding with WFHI definitely required patience on my part. They provide software and training designed for remote workflow setups, and at first, I thought the introductory videos and session would be enough to get me fully set up quickly. However, it turned into a longer process than expected, involving multiple sessions and revisiting some training modules to grasp the calling tools and database aspects properly. The onboarding flow included steps that needed careful attention, such as configuring the dialer and organizing contacts in the database. I did find myself repeating certain parts where I wasn’t confident about the system interface, which added to the time needed. Although the training was thorough, having to invest extra hours was tiring given other work demands. The automatic updates to the software sometimes changed functions slightly, requiring me to adjust again during onboarding rather than feeling like a smooth continuous experience. Nonetheless, I got a solid foundation by the end, but I would caution anyone starting that they should set aside more time than expected for these steps. It did push me to be consistent though, maintaining steady progress despite feeling worn out at times by the process itself. So overall, the effort to get fully operational was substantial, but manageable if you can dedicate focus during the early stages.
