Getting going took its own time, not too bad
The effort required to start using the software was somewhat more than I initially anticipated. I went through the training sessions and onboarding flow steadily, but there were moments when progress felt slow due to having to figure out certain features on my own. For example, the database management took a couple of tries before I comfortably integrated it into my workflow. On the positive side, once set up, the calling tools and dialer operated without any issues, and the automatic updates helped keep things running smoothly without extra hassle. Telephonic support was responsive when contacted, but given the time it took to reach that level of comfort, it felt like it needed more upfront guidance. The payment and invoicing processes worked fine and were explained clearly, which helped reduce some potential stress. Overall, the process was neither heavily frustrating nor effortless, just a middle ground that required some patience.
