Getting confident with support took some time and effort
I can say that by the end of all the interactions, I felt reasonably confident about the support and communication, but it took a bit of effort to get there. Initially, when I contacted support via phone with queries about setting up the calling tools and managing the database, the answers weren’t always complete, so I had to ask again for clarification. Over time, this repetition taught me more about how to navigate the software and use the features effectively. The training sessions helped, but there was sometimes waiting involved between responses which slowed down the process. Despite these delays, I appreciated that the support team was reachable and willing to assist. I would describe it as a steady learning curve supported by persistent communication rather than instantaneous help. Overall, although it required a focused effort to understand everything through the support channels, I can say that the process was manageable. I now feel comfortable using the tools and the software has become easier to operate as a result of that interaction.
