Getting access took more effort than it should
Initially, the steps to access the software felt a bit disorganized. The sign-up process required multiple confirmations and the sequence wasn’t intuitively arranged, making it unclear when exactly each part would be complete. On the positive side, the instructions provided were thorough, so once I figured out the order to follow, the rest went smoothly. However, I found myself restarting a few onboarding sections because the earlier steps didn't lead cleanly into the next ones. Ideally, the flow of access setup could have been streamlined better, but I recognize the usefulness of detailed guidance which helped me persist through the complexity.
