Generally positive feel, but a few rough edges compared to before
When I compare WFHI’s training and onboarding with other remote workflow software I’ve used, I’d say it lands quite positively overall. The onboarding flow is clearly structured and covers all main points needed to get started. Unlike some previous platforms, the training here was more concise, which saved me some time. However, I noticed that some modules skimmed over technical details I was used to from past experiences, and this made me feel I wasn’t getting the full picture at times. The dialer and calling tools integrated reasonably well with the database feature, though sometimes the software would lag during calls, requiring a re-login or refresh. There were moments I wished for a more hands-on support touch during onboarding because it felt like some key steps were assumed rather than demonstrated. On the balance, it’s better than many alternatives I have tried, but I wouldn’t call it flawless just yet. The payment and invoicing process was straightforward, as was automatic updates management, so the administrative bits were smoother than my past attempts.
