Generally logical flow but a bit abrupt at one point
I went through the onboarding steps with a feeling that the order mostly made sense, moving from basic setup to the more complex features like the calling tools and database integration. The initial sign-up and payment stages were straightforward, which helped me get started quickly without confusion. However, when getting into the training modules, the transition felt somewhat rushed, almost like I was expected to switch gears too soon before I had fully grasped the earlier parts. This made me pause as I thought a refresher or recap might have smoothed the path better. This reservation aside, the overall process seemed well thought-out and did not overwhelm me. The balance between software setup and understanding the workflow was nicely managed, although a bit more clarity on why steps happened in this specific order would make it easier especially for newcomers. Still, I appreciate the system supporting me clearly through the major checkpoints and updates remained automatic as promised, which was definitely a relief.
