Generally good, but one part felt different from before
I’ve tried similar training programs before, so I went in with a set of expectations. The general onboarding and software setup felt pretty familiar and well-organized, letting me get through the basic training on the database and dialer components fairly quickly. However, there was this moment during the calling tools training that threw me off—for some reason, it was a lot more technical than what I’d encountered with other software. The jump between theory and practical application was sharp, and the pacing seemed faster, which left me adjusting on the fly. The rest of the onboarding flow and automatic updates were routine and didn’t cause much trouble, so I can’t say much beyond that. Invoicing and payment steps were clear and similar to what I expected from my earlier experiences. Overall, the feeling was positive with a slight twist from that one piece of calling tools training, which probably affected how smoothly I moved forward at first, but I adapted quickly as I went on.
