Generally comfortable with training, setup felt balanced
I have had a generally comfortable time with the training and onboarding — it was clear that a lot of effort went into making the setup materials as straightforward as possible. What I liked most was that a significant portion of the setup is one-off, so once you get through that initial phase it feels more manageable. The ongoing use does require attention but isn’t overwhelmingly complex. However, I would say that some parts of the training seemed a bit dense at first and required attentive reading and watching. It wasn’t instant “Aha,” rather a gradual understanding as I repeated certain steps. The wording was mostly clear but some labels felt like they could have been made a bit more intuitive for new users. The dialer and database features took some getting used to, but once familiar, I found them quite solid and useful. Overall, the training gives a good feeling of preparedness though the first-hours effort is something to be ready for. It’s a balanced setup that rewards persistence without being too daunting.
