Generally clear wording with minor confusions

Overall, I found the wording and labels in the training and onboarding to be quite sensible and helpful. Right from the start, the labels for buttons and features made logical sense, which made navigation mostly intuitive. This definitely reduced the learning curve and made it easier to stay focused on the tasks like setting up the dialer and managing the database. That said, there were a few instances where the terminology felt a bit inconsistent, particularly when switching between tutorials and the live software interface. Some labels seemed technical without context, which led to brief hesitation before moving forward. However, the training materials did a good job of explaining the main concepts at a level that was neither too simplistic nor overly complicated. I also appreciated the way instructions gradually increased in complexity instead of overwhelming me at once. The positives definitely outweighed the small issues related to wording, especially since those challenges were easy enough to overcome with a quick double-check or a look at the glossary. So while not perfect, I’m comfortable saying the language used works well for the majority of users, though a bit more consistency could make it even better.
