Gained confidence using the software over time due to clear layout
By the time I felt fully comfortable with WFHI’s software, I noticed my confidence steadily improve because the layout was clear and consistent. Initially, I was a bit hesitant to make full use of the calling tools and the dialer, as some features were new to me, but the design helped me get familiar without feeling overwhelmed. The database section in particular was straightforward enough to allow me to manage information with minimal difficulty. Updates were automatically applied and never interrupted my work, which reinforced trust in the system’s stability. While I didn't feel rushed into mastering the software, the gradual learning curve was manageable, which put me at ease. Overall, the experience was quietly reassuring, letting me know that I can rely on this tool as part of my workflow moving forward.
