Frustration Over Wording and Labels

Honestly, the communication and labels used throughout the software feel quite off-putting. I have explained this before, but the terminology seems inconsistent and sometimes misleading. For example, the label on the dialer confused me several times because it didn't match what I expected from the function. Even during telephonic support, the language used often felt jumbled and unclear, which added unnecessary confusion when I was trying to get help quickly. The invoicing and payment interface was one decent aspect — it at least gave a clear summary of what was owed, so I’ll grant that. But overall, the wording choices made navigation more frustrating than it needed to be, and I kept second-guessing what each feature did. Such issues should ideally be straightforward to fix, but it felt like lessons already explained to the team didn't register. The experience, summed up in one phrase, was "Needlessly Confusing and Tiring." I hoped for smoother communication from the start but ended up mentally exhausted with the mixed-up terms.
