Frustration from waiting, with little else positive
My experience with WFHI’s sales and pre-purchase interaction was mixed but mostly leaned towards dissatisfaction, largely due to delays in communication. When I first reached out for information, the response time was longer than I expected on multiple occasions. One specific moment that stuck with me was waiting on hold during a telephonic support call, only to be transferred several times with no clear answers provided promptly. This waiting disrupted my schedule and made an otherwise straightforward inquiry feel frustrating. Aside from this instance, the overall process involved some repetition, such as having to confirm my information multiple times without any tangible progress visibly made. I felt that the sequence of steps wasn’t well optimized for quick resolution. Although the website was informative, these delays and the need for repeated clarifications took away from what otherwise could have been a smoother interaction. I’m not discounting that eventually, I did get some responses and access to necessary details, but the time and patience required were more than I anticipated. This left a lingering annoyance that muddled the experience overall. Ideally, improving the turnaround times and minimizing repeated questions would make a significant difference, because the core information provided was sufficient and clear once delivered. Unfortunately, these setbacks have made me hesitant to pursue further engagements without clearer signals about responsiveness upfront.
