Frustration badh chuki thi due to baar-baar repeat calls
Starting calls with WFHI support service was really disappointing. Baar-baar mujhe apni problem ko repeat karna pad raha tha, aur har ek call par lagta tha ki pehli baar sun rahe hain. Waiting time bhi kaafi zyada thi aur attention utni nahi thi jitni chahiye thi. Support team ekdum slow thi during my queries related to dialer configuration aur training ke processes. Poora experience frustrating tha, koi quick solution nahi mila, sirf pareshani hi badhi. Yeh jo baar-baar sawaal karna parta hai, aur wait karte rehna parta hai, wo bilkul accept nahi hai. Mujhe laga tha ki professional help milegi, par yahan mujhe lagta hai ki basic communication mein zyada time waste ho gaya.
