Frustratingly disorganized and slow support
My experience with your support was quite disappointing as the steps communicated felt out of order and confusing. Every time I reached out, I was given instructions that led me in circles, causing delays and making the whole process draining. I was hoping for a logical sequence where one solution followed another, but instead I got repeated suggestions without progress. On the plus side, the phone line was responsive, and I could reach someone without extensive waiting. Still, the guidance did not build on what was done previously which was frustrating. The documentation promised stepwise troubleshooting, but in practice, the order didn’t make much sense. Although initial contact was prompt, the lack of clear progression made it hard to trust any advice given. Overall, the experience felt chaotic and left me doubtful about resolving my issues anytime soon.
