frustrating to find help and info
I kept trying to get a simple answer but it felt like going round in circles. The website and software have a lot of info but not organized in any way that made sense to me. I wanted to talk to someone quickly but the phone support was slow and often redirected me multiple times. I explained my problem a few times and got annoyed because nothing was straightforward. The emails were mostly generic and not helpful either. I understand it’s complex software but a better way to find what you want fast would be a big relief. Right now it’s exhausting and leaves you feeling like you’re on your own when you just want a quick fix or advice. Overall, the experience felt unnecessarily complicated and not very supportive.
