Frustrating process left me confused about the flow

I was generally eager to get started with the WFHI software, expecting the onboarding steps to be logically arranged so that each part built on the previous one. Unfortunately, I found the order of the setup quite disorganized. For example, I was asked to configure some advanced calling features before even being introduced to the basic database tools or the dialer setup. This patchy flow made it difficult to keep track of what I was accomplishing and what came next. That said, I appreciated that automatic updates happened quietly in the background, so I didn't have to intervene manually, which was one plus in their favor. However, the clunky step order overshadowed this benefit because I often felt like I was jumping between unrelated tasks without a clear path. If this process were smoother and better sequenced, it would definitely improve the overall experience, but as it stands, it was a disappointing start.
