Frustrating onboarding when things didn’t go as planned
When I began the training and onboarding on WFHI, I was initially hopeful, but it quickly became clear that the system struggled to handle errors in a way that helped me move forward. On several occasions, I faced issues with access and configuring the dialer correctly, but the training didn’t offer much guidance on troubleshooting these problems. I found myself stuck without clear instructions on what to do next, making the onboarding frustrating and inefficient. There wasn’t effective hand-holding to recover from those problems, so progress was very slow and I spent a lot of time trying to fix things on my own. The software updates didn’t seem to address these specific issues either, and telephonic support wasn’t always able to provide a quick resolution. Overall, it felt like the path to getting up and running was more complicated than it should have been, especially when things went off course early on.
