Frustrating mix of one-off setup and ongoing work left me tired
I had a bit of mixed feelings about the training and onboarding because, while the initial setup was thorough, it just felt like the effort needed kept stretching. The first-time setup required quite a bit of detail — entering data into the database and learning the dialer controls took time but made sense as a one-off investment. That’s the part that I can admit was fine. However, what caught me off guard was how much ongoing management the software seems to demand. The automatic updates often came with changes I had to reassess and re-learn, which made the process feel less stable than I expected. Training covered this to some extent but focused more on the start than helping manage continuous adjustments. Invoicing and payment flow was okay, but when it all combines, the daily maintenance to keep the workflow smooth felt more than I bargained for. So my overall feeling was a bit of exhaustion mixed with appreciation for some functional aspects, though mainly I felt overwhelmed at times.
