Switching to WFHI software really felt like a step backwards compared to the tools I had used previously. Initially, I struggled with access issues right after signing up; the login process was clunky and error-prone, unlike the smooth access I was used to elsewhere. The onboarding flow added little clarity, leaving me confused about how to integrate the database feature effectively with my existing workflow. Using the dialer and calling tools was inconsistent – sometimes calls dropped unexpectedly or the interface froze mid-session, which I hadn’t experienced with my previous software. Automatic updates seemed to make things worse as they occasionally reset my custom settings, requiring me to redo configurations again and again. Telephonic support was hard to reach or slow, so resolving these problems took much longer than expected. Overall, the whole experience was taxing and left me frustrated with unreliable software that felt less capable than my prior tools.
