Frustrating effort just to find what I needed
I tried to explore the WFHI platform before purchasing, hoping to find clear details on the software and training they offer. Unfortunately, the navigation was not as intuitive as I expected. It took me multiple attempts to understand what features come with the package and how the onboarding process works. The sign-up and invoicing information was somewhat buried under general content, which made me hesitate. While the website does list services, it isn't straightforward to compare or select what specifically fits one’s needs without guidance. A small positive is that the FAQs provided some clarity but not enough to avoid confusion. The lack of direct pre-purchase support made things harder for me. I feel that simplifying the sales information and providing clear guidance beforehand would help prospective customers significantly. The effort to figure all of this out was more than I anticipated, which caused disappointment before even starting to use the product.
