Frustrating delays and repeated waiting times
I tried to access certain features of the software multiple times, but each attempt was met with repeated login delays and slow response times. Specifically, when using the dialer tool during my scheduled calls, I had to wait a lot for it to connect or update, which affected my efficiency. Other aspects were vague, but this one moment clearly showed how sluggish the system could be under pressure. The database feature did seem okay in terms of functionality, but the constant lag made the overall experience frustrating and inefficient. It honestly felt like a struggle every time I tried to get decent access to the software's core tools.
