Frustrating compared to before

Mujhe ye support ka experience kuch khaas nahi laga. Jo maine pehle use kiya tha, usse ye bekaar tha. Koi bhi jaldi response nahi mila aur jab maine sab kuch explain kiya toh mujhe laga ki samajhne mein unhe bhi time lag raha hai. Mujhe bas yeh kehna hai ki ye itna useful nahi tha.
