Frustrated with what happened when things went wrong

I had some serious expectations going in, especially about how issues would be handled during the onboarding and training phases. Unfortunately, the experience fell short of what I expected from a professional remote workflow platform. When I encountered a problem with the dialer not integrating properly with the database, I assumed that support and updates would quickly resolve it. Instead, the process to get help was convoluted, and I had to explain the situation multiple times to different contacts. The telephonic support did not seem coordinated, and their responses weren’t always practical or fast. Compared to other software I’ve used in this space, this was a big disappointment. Moreover, automatic updates seemed to cause more complications rather than fixing things in my case. The sign-up and invoicing process itself was relatively smooth, but once I started using the calling tools during actual remote workflows, errors began to pile up. I expected a more robust handling of technical problems, especially given that this is paid software with training included. This ordeal left me feeling frustrated because it did not meet my expectations about service consistency and operational reliability. It felt like the issues could have been avoided with better testing and support, which is why I would hesitate to recommend it to others who need a truly dependable system.
