Frustrated with unclear labels making sales setup confusing
I was hopeful when I first started using the WFHI software for setting up remote workflows, but found the sales and pre-purchase labels quite confusing. The terms they use in the onboarding screens didn’t always make sense to me, so I had to spend extra time figuring out what each step required. It often felt like I was guessing what to do next rather than following a clear path. On the positive side, the sign-up process itself was straightforward and the invoicing arrived promptly with clear details. However, that small win doesn’t really make up for how much the wording slowed me down in the early stages. I think a little more clarity in the way items and features are described would make a big difference for users like me who aren’t experts with remote workflow solutions. I ended up relying quite a bit on telephonic support to understand what was expected at various points, which was fine, although dealing with calls every time you aren’t sure about a label isn't ideal. Overall, I felt the experience could have been smoother if the language used was more consistent and user-friendly. Hopefully future updates will simplify these messages, because currently setting up for sales workflows is more frustrating than productive for me.
