Frustrated with the onboarding steps
The training was a huge letdown. The steps just didn't make sense to me, and it felt disorganized. I expected a logical flow, but it was so confusing that it made everything harder than it needed to be. I'm left feeling disappointed and overwhelmed by what should have been a straightforward process.
