Frustrated with the confusing step order from the start
I was quite optimistic when I began the signup process, expecting a clear, logical series of steps to get the software and training set up smoothly. However, what I encountered was quite the opposite. The steps seemed disorganized, making it hard to know what order I was supposed to follow. For example, I was prompted to input database details before even understanding the onboarding training process, which felt counterintuitive. This conflicting sequence caused quite a bit of confusion. The invoicing and payment step also came unexpectedly early, which I found odd since I hadn’t yet been able to explore or test the software thoroughly. It felt like I was jumping ahead without the necessary background. While the dialer and calling tools looked promising, the lack of a sensible progression in the initial process made the whole experience frustrating. I appreciate having automatic updates and telephonic support, but these didn’t compensate for the poor structure. In summary, the order of steps didn’t meet the sort of rational, user-friendly flow I expected, and that was disappointing enough to overshadow other features.
