Frustrated with Support When Things Went Wrong
I was really excited to use this platform, but my experience with support when issues arose was frustrating. When something went wrong with the dialer connectivity, I expected prompt help, but the responses were slow and vague. The support felt like a long waiting game that didn’t resolve my core problems efficiently.
