Frustrated with software glitches but some parts were okay
I found the software quite frustrating at times because when something went wrong, it didn’t handle it gracefully. For instance, on several occasions, I lost access unexpectedly and had to restart multiple times, which disrupted my workflow. However, I appreciated that the user interface is fairly straightforward and easy to navigate despite these issues. The automatic updates sometimes introduced bugs that weren’t resolved quickly, and telephonic support took longer to respond than I hoped. On the positive side, when I finally managed to get through, the support was polite and tried to explain things clearly. Still, the inconsistency in software reliability made using it quite stressful. Overall, I’m mildly enthusiastic about the software’s potential, but the handling of errors definitely needs improvement to make it a dependable tool for daily remote work.
