Frustrated with setup being ongoing, not just a one-time thing
Honestly, my experience with WFHI’s training and onboarding left me a bit frustrated because it felt like more of an ongoing process than a one-off setup. I had assumed that once I got through the initial training and setup, things would just run smoothly with occasional support if needed. But in reality, it often seemed like new features or updates would require me to relearn parts of the system frequently, making it hard to settle into a steady workflow. The initial training was decent, covering basics well enough, yet the continuous changes and subsequent trainings meant I was always in catch-up mode. I get that software needs updates, but the constant adjustments and re-configuration meant extra hours spent just to keep up, which was tiring. If it had been a little more stable post onboarding, I think my feeling would’ve been different. As of now, it’s more exhausting than I expected.
